Sheilova is a three bedroom house approximately 3.5 miles from Gott Pier and 80 yards from the beach.

Sheilova features a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, sitting room and a bathroom with shower. It also has central heating, a coal fire, full double glazing and is fully carpeted and curtained.

KITCHEN
The kitchen has a 4 ring electric cooker with a grill and a fan oven, a microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, sandwich toaster, washing machine, dryer, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, television and a hot water point. The back door opens on to a walled garden.

BATHROOM
The bathroom features a large hot cupboard, bath/shower and an infra red ceiling lamp/heater

DINING ROOM
The dining room boasts an original stone wall with a coal fire (which does not work) and has an extending table, chairs for 6/7, 2 arm chairs, trolley and a central heating radiator.

SITTING ROOM
The sitting room comprises of 2 three seater settees, 2 arm chairs, coffee table, television, video, coal fire, 1 central heating radiator with booster, drinks/wall cabinet. There is also a large cupboard in this room which house the vacuum cleaner, dusters and Z bed.

Stairs lead from the sitting room to the three bedrooms on the upper floor. At the top of the stairs is a large central heating radiator which services the bedrooms.

BEDROOMS
The bedrooms consist of 1 twin room, 1 double room and 1 single room.

TWIN ROOM
Wardrobe, chest of drawers & cot, 2 duvets, 4 pillows, 2 electric blankets, lamp, radio and clock.

DOUBLE ROOM
Large mirrored double wardrobe with drawers, double wardrobe, television point, 2 beside cabinets, 1 duvet, 4 pillows, lamp, radio and clock. Ensuite bathroom.

SINGLE ROOM
Chest of (6) drawers, table, lamp, 1 duvet, 2 pillows and a hot water bottle.

The front of the house has a porch which leads to the path and walled area and at the front door is a coffee table, barometer and 2 bikes - 1 ladies, 1 gents.

At the end of the house is a patio with an outdoor table and bench seats as well as a washing line and pegs. This area benefits from catching the sun for most of the day.

Towels and linen are not supplied.

A 50% deposit of total rent is required.
