Reservation Policy:
A deposit is required to cover the first night's accommodation.
We respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract; any confirmed reservation cancelled within 14 days of arrival is liable to be charged for in full, unless the accommodation can be subsequently re-let. Holiday insurance would be strongly advised. Deposits are only refundable if cancellation occurs six weeks or more before arrival, less a £5 administration charge.

We regret that due to the high cost of credit card facilities that we have to apply a small surcharge of £1 to all credit card transactions. Debit card transactions are free.
