and down the west coast of Harris.
Ideal for families, this self catering property can sleep up to 8 in 3 bedrooms.

Tariff for the House 2010 - 2011
April - October 2010: £610 per week (Saturday - Saturday)
November - March: £540 per week (Saturday - Saturday)
April - October 2011: £640 per week (Saturday - Saturday)

UPSTAIRS: 1 double bedroom 1 bedroom with bunkbeds 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 single beds Shower room

DOWNSTAIRS: Kitchen / Dining Room Lounge Utility room with combination washing / drying machine and ironing facilities Cloakroom Hallway Bath / shower room

Lounge includes plenty of seats, satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi unit, living flame open gas fire.	Kitchen with cooking range (electric ovens and gas hob), dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave.

ANNEXE (sleeps 4)
The newly constructed all timber annexe adjoins Luskentyre House.
With its own entrance, it is ideal for small families or groups of up to 4 people.

Tariff for the Annexe 2010 - 2011
April - October 2010: £460 per week (Saturday - Saturday)
November - March: £400 per week (Saturday - Saturday)
April - October 2010: £480 per week (Saturday - Saturday)

Kitchen / Dining / Lounge 1 double bedroom 1 twin bedroom Vestibule Shower room
Lounge includes satellite TV, DVD, hi-fi unit and electric heater.	Kitchen includes cooker with electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and combination washing machine / dryer.

Bed linen and towels are provided. There is oil fired central heating throughout. The cost of oil, gas and electricity is included in the price.
