The above prices are for the guest wing (not per person) and include all linen, tea towels, hand towels and bath towels, starter pack for bedroom tea tray, liquid soap in bathrooms, all electricity, gas and central heating

Logs and coal, for the open fire, can be bought by the bag either from us or from local suppliers.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid six weeks before arrival date. Payment may be made by cheque or debit card. Cheques should be made out to 'Kinnemond Cottage'.
