Booking Conditions:

1. All terms are per week commencing 4pm on day of arrival and ending at 10am on day of departure.
2. A non-refundable deposit of £50 per week is required for confirmation and the balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival, or on booking if sooner.
3. This reservation will constitute a binding contract between yourself and Innes-Maree Bungalows. In the event of cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the accommodation. If we are not successful however, an account for the full rent of accommodation will be rendered. This liability should be covered by insurance and we suggest that you do so for your own protection.
4. The tenants will be held responsible for making good any damage caused to the property during their stay, whether caused wilfully or not, and for replacement cost of furniture or equipment which may be damaged, broken or lost.
5. Your accommodation must be left clean and tidy for the next occupant by 10am on the day of departure.
