This video is devoted entirely to Clan Gunn. In it you will meet your clan commander - Iain Gunn of Banniskirk, who relates some of the long and fascinating history of the clan.

During this triennial Gunn Gathering, you see many places of particular interest to clan members in Caithness and in Orkney - historic and pre-historic sites, from the tiny ruined fortifications of Dirlot Castle and Castle Gunn, to the magnificent St. Magnus Cathedral and stone-age Skara Brae. At the Halkirk Games, the homecomers watch Highland Games World Heavyweight Champion, Alastair Gunn.

At Wick Heritage Centre, and at their own Clan Centre at Latheron, they learn of the way of life of their forefathers, and of their clan heritage. All this and much more, set against the wild and beautiful background of the far north of Scotland.
