Breakfast Menu Choose from the large selection of: Fruit juices Grapefruit segments Stewed prunes Cereals & Fresh fruit In addition you will be served one of the following culinary delights: Traditional grilled selection of bacon, sausage, egg, potato scone, tomato and mushrooms Envelopes of freshly baked potato scones filled with succulent grilled Ayrshire bacon and garnished with grilled tomato Crêpes filled with scrambled fresh eggs and smoked Scottish salmon Tower of locally produced black pudding, with sausage meat and topped with sautéed mushrooms - served with Scottish oatcakes Classic smoked haddock served with a poached egg and accompanied by grilled mushrooms Traditional grilled kippers garnished with tomato and served with freshly baked oatmeal bread Followed by Pot of fresh coffee / breakfast tea Toast & local preserves
